When you get in touch to plan your special trip, give us as much detail as you can as this helps us accurately tailor your flight to your needs.
Our aircraft are based at Napier airport, if you are wishing to be picked up from a different location, the aircraft transfer cost will be included in your estimate.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Aroha Helicopters Ltd reserves the right to cancel flights at their discretion.
If the cancellation is due to undesirable weather or other unforeseen events we will do our best to rebook for a later date or refund.
Refunds will be given in full if flights are cancelled 24hrs prior to the booking time, cancelled flights within the 24hr time frame may incur a charge.
